We use XACTIMATE property estimating systems and keep up-to-date databases for all types of losses. We will also provide Insurance to value estimates and can provide ownership / deed information on most loss locations.

We use MITCHELL auto estimating systems and we can provide recall information on all vehicles. We are certified by Mitchell Universtity as master estimators and we are I-CAR trained.

We also use an online version of AUDATEX and are certified Audatex estimators through Audatex Training.

 We are members of IANetwork.com, Advanced Claims Consultants, SCA Appraisals.com, Americlaims,Claimforce.com, Claims-portal.com, CCC Autoverse network and Mitchell Total loss network. We have the capability of sending and receiving all assignments electronically via E-mail in PDF (stacked or unstacked) or many other formats. We can also provide recorded statement audio in standard and internet upload capable formats reviewable on any MP3 player.

We are active members in the Atlanta Claims Association.
